here is a beta script it loads everything you need to get the models out with normals and uv's.
each model has only 2 or 3 textures so they are fairly easy to assign.

This is a binary xml format. you have 4 bytes for a tag like AGHX SCEN IMGH then each tag has 12 bytes following it 6 shorts. This is what tells you the xml structure its slightly complex in that the numbers can mean a few different things based on the tag. in a lot of the tags the 2nd short means ...

this format is pretty dumb. the say to read models with textures you need to. create a dictionary with the file sDataList.lit this contains the mesh, bone , animation names matching to id's 64 73 00 00 = B.a.t.t.l.e.M.a.g.e._.B.o.d.y._.0.0...s.k.m. 65 73 00 00 = B.a.t.t.l.e.M.a.g.e._.B.o.d.y._.0.1.....

there are matching id's in the file lists and the model material sections.
for instance
CF 1F 00 00 = B.a.t.t.l.e.M.a.g.e._.b.o.d.y._.D...d.d.s

Should have a converter soon static meshes are much simpler then skeletal just need to parse out the header a bit.

its because max 2013 auto sorts bone names so the id's he is matching up to in his scripts will not work.

milkshape is a really bad program to use.
you need to use any program that supports texture channels.
just delete the alpha channel of the texture if your not going to use the specular map.
