I finally got around to setting up my console as a debug ill let people know if i find anything.
I am fairly sure the files are encrypted there is a function named this in the elf.

The only thing unknown is the compression routine.

please ignore the 360 script they moved the files out of order. the ps3 one is correct tho.

they compressed some models.
you have to decompress them with offzip.
also the model format has changed a little in the main folder.

Did you look for the face mabee its out of position in the center of the mesh or something.
best bet is to export and look in a 3d program.
You could try the maya script I released to import the models also.

that is the model. the extra things you see are morph targets. you just have to export it as obj and delete what you don't want.
