yes the first beta was unenrypted i already said this.
every other file is encrypted.
There is a script to import those beta models in the google noesis repository.

the file structure is super easy you can see the file sizes clearly then the data is just encrypted. I am not going to spend time looking for a browser mmo encryption routine. if someone else wants to help they can no problem you might just want to try generic directx / opengl rippers and see if any...

The files are definitely encrypted.
The main file is also dynamically growing and only sends the data when you see the items / characters in game.
