the format is figured out but it is impossible to extract they used vertex and index compression that is not supported in anything.

how can anyone get model data with no models?
the files do not extract.

in their plugin read me it says
+ Plugin crashing on opening PSARC with unknown compression algorithm fixed. E.g. in "PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale" PSARCs.
but it can't open those arcs.

Here is a noesis script for this. http://en.playpw.com/heroes.html reads the meshes but I did not parse the xml so some textures are not mapped only 3 textures per mesh so no big deal. you set the id string to 8 bytes then you read 16 bytes to check the header.

They are using some type of lz compression on the 360 files.
I tried using quickbms to extract them but it failed to create a readable file.
