you can't just extract them they need to be converted to standard image files.

Windows update made me loose all my notes and i don't care much for this game so here this lets you load the raw textures.

I have the format figured out for the texture files.
all the texture files are tiled and useless without their related other files that store the coordinates and frames.
all the textures are dxt 3 or 5.
I have the coordinate system mapped out i just need to assemble it when i get time.

There are 2 types here. the original files are zip files. and the bdae files are also zip files that contain models and texture info in text and binary dae format. dae files are a pain to parse so someone will have to do that if they want to convert these models correctly. it has bones but no animations yet will be updating him soon (and also Lightning and Noblesse still have to animate them ) Model, Texture, Bones (and animation in the future) are made by me

All files are signed on retail consoles. When you change these files the signature breaks and so will your mod.
