There is no way to extract 3ds roms.
Someone needs to release a kernel exploit to the public so the decryption key can be found.

even after extracting the cpk's the models have thier headers encrypted to prevent loading in noesis.
You will have to manually convert any model you want.

yes i am on windows 8 I tried running as admin also.
No file is created.

I double click it and nothing happens I had someone else try and the same thing happens.
If I remove the dll it says it cant find it so I know its launching it just does nothing before exiting out.
Does it need to be in a certain path?
