I have looked at some of the textures it looks like the textures are only getting half extracted. If you add a normal DDS header on the images you will see the image go in and out like only half is there. Mabee there is some more compression on the textures. But I am also not the best on image forma...

just run offzip on the first bnd file
then use the bms script on the 2nd bnd it outputs.
offzip.exe -a c:\file.bnd c:\extract 0x0

download quickbms
run
quickbms.exe c:\bnd.bms c:\c0000comp.bnd c:\Extracted\c0000\
it will extract 00000800.bnd into that folder
now run quickbms again on
00000800.bnd
and you will get the model files.

This is the same as 3ds until there is a kernel exploit there wont be any way to extract this.

Here is a quickbms script to extract all files from the ps3 version with full names.
Update Noesis to the latest version to load the models.
If animations look wrong it is because it is the wrong model to go with those animations.
