download texturefinder and use these settings.
just adjust the width based on texture size.

extract the apk with 7 zip.
then run offzip on game.pak.
you will get ogg files and .pimg files
the pimg files look like a simple custom image header.

They are compressed so you will want to decompress the model file first before importing it into a program.

If you mean it needs to be scaled by the bounding box its the same as resident evil 5.
