This script was made for 360 big endian format.
Your file you posted is little endian.
It is a different format they changed a lot of things in this version.

chrrox, thanks for clarify this a bit so what this line (meshGroupInfo.append(bs.read("9I"))) exactly do? can I read vertex buffer (12 bytes in stride) the same way? like (bs.read("3I"))? it's unfortune that noesis doesn't have documentation for its python functions nor detailed/explained examples ...
