most save games once decrypted are very basic and easy to edit.

use HxD and just highlight the end of the file and hit copy then create a new file hit paste and save it.
just go further back until you have around 10 mb in the new file.

If you want to re compress the data the game will read plain zlib compressed files also if that makes it easier to re compress them.
