you need to rip the 360 iso using a 360 or a compatible pc drive and the program to read 360 discs.

the bms script posted here does not need any change its the model viewer program you mentioned he has to makea small adjustment to make it read 360 files as they are in the reverse endian order compared to the pc files.

the quickbms script posted here decompresses everything fine.
they used the same compression.
all he has to do to make his program work with these models is swap how he reads the endian of the files.
