The reason I have not bothered with a mesh converter is the animation format is unkown so the characters would just be the mesh and that is no fun without new moves.

the ps3 files are easy to extract but the files are reverse endian so they are useless to a pc.

the files you uploaded do not give me a good indication of the file structure because i am not familiar with the games cache files but running this command will extract the files. they seem to be in 32k chunks at least in one file. c:\offzip.exe -z -a -15 c:\file.dspackx c:\extract 0x0 so that will ...

mabinoji heroes will be easy once someone cracks the ice encryption the files have on them.
they are source engine models so tons of importers already exist.

try just using the faces as if the verts are in the correct order a lot of psp games do this where there is no face data in the files they are just in tri-strip order.
