then it needs to be decompressed. there are no strings that i can see so its still compressed.

Once I finish up the script ill fix it for 2011. 2011 is very picky and hates text that is commented out and spaces.

if someone decrypts the eboot on their psp the file table should be in there with names.

Textures are swizzled with the standard xbox swizzle i am working on a way to mass convert them.

please let me know what files give trouble and ill fix it.

Try using the ps2 emulator witht he disc if that works your pc can read the disc.
If it can read the disc make an iso of the game and that should help with the file problem.

take for example you had the bytes 1 2 3 4
you would need to make them
2 1 4 3
you can do this in the program 010 editor.

click tools > hex operations > swap
then do a unsigned short swap.

It looks like a standard koei texture dynasty warriors gundam i guess? You need to delete 0xC bytes that are right after the standard 0x80 dds header then you need to perform a byte swap on the rest of the file in the form of unsigned shorts. This should be the same format as hokuto musou aka fist o...
