sorry 3d models will not be happening atleast from me.
They are using the same 3d format they always use.
I can read everything except faces.
Someone would need to reverse engineer what they are doing because they hide them purposely.

ah i updated my script but forgot to upload the update here this will fix that mesh.
Th script should be faster now I increased the heap size.

make sure you decompress the file with the bms first

use any file i just need to get to 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF at the start of each mesh section
in reality i could search for this offset its not idea but i could.
But i also need to get to the start of the matrix values that is more important.

that might help but using the search method you posted wont work to get meshes with bones and weights because the bone id's used in each mesh start before that data in each mesh section and vary in size.

I have everything about the format I just need to find a way to seek to the offsets other then manually setting them.

an even easier way is using offzip

do this

c:\offzip.exe -a -z -15 c:\file.dds c:\exportDir 0x0

Just redo the uv's ad a uv map modifier then just choose planar for the unwrap method.

Here is a script mario made for the textures in max ill make a bms for this later for speed.
you will need unbundler in the same directory as the main mesh files.
do not ask for that file here.

If anyone can help with bone parent id's or material info that would be great.
