Yes go in game and click model viewer you can look at the models all you want.

I am working on it now just need to figure out a few more things

There is no way to import them into max yet you need to wait. try changing some of the flaots your reading to half floats for uv's.
also dante's inferno is the same format

the whole model format is dead easy its almost the same as obj. just need the header sorted out to reach the offset table then you can import anything.

No one can extract any xbox capcom game after devil may cry 4 they change things in microsofts compression so extractors will not work. No one has reversed the compression on the 360. the ps3 version will use zlib just wait for that.

This is fairly easy format i am lazy but if you want to look at the files without names just run
c:\offzip\offzip.exe -a c:\file.bin c:\extract 0x0
you can easily see the textures and simple model format on the files it gives out.
