Here is a max script to import models with bones and weights it will also attempt to apply a texture tho it does not work every time. part of the texture id is a value near the start of the file but i got bored trying to figure out how the other half worked so this will have to do. http://forum.xent...

its zlibbed you can extract the files without names using offzip

c:\offzip.exe -a -z -15 c:\file.bin c:\extract_folder 0x0

This game is only out for ps3 so its ps3. The model format should be the same across all platforms.
The only difference will most likely be how they stored the models in the archive but tis method i posted works for troy and dw7

its easy enough to figure out the vertex structure but i dont have any bones to put to a model what files are the bones in?
