to flip it top to bottom multiply v * -1

you can't use linux to dump the game you need to use a jail broken console or dev console to get the unencrypted files.
the DATA.cvm files should start with
CVMH

It should look like this

also open your data.cvm in a hex editor and take a pic so i can know you have the right files.

Can you post the model tools here as for the textures just do a endian swap on the dds data and your all set.
