it looks like a resource file.
the samples you upload just look like model data.
the bigger files are probably just scene files.

This is a max script to import geometry with uv's
the texture will be applied but it assumes the mesh and texture are in the same directory.

a game does not need file names to run correctly a lot of games have no file names just hashes.
