you can not swap motherboards from ps3 to ps3 unless you swap the drive also witch at that point its a new ps3.
also if you swaped motherboards all your data will be lost.

Mind jack uses the exact same format as no more heroes.
The only models we can import tho are the ones in the test folder.
the other models are compressed with an unknown compression.

if you start at 0x5 and xor the header with 13579;=?ACEGIKMOQSUWY[]_acegikmoqsuwy
you can see a file name.
this is not the entire xor key but mabee you could poke around the exe for the key using this

save it to a memory file first. then just get the memory file size - 4 and log the file starting from the offset 4. get name FILENAME string name +.dec goto -4 get size long goto 0x40 get zsize long clog MEMORY_FILE 0x44 zsize size get size asize MEMORY_FILE math size - 4 log name 4 size MEMORY_FILE
