command line means open a command prompt.
you can not just double click on xbdecompress.
please google what command line is.

I had a texture converter all set but the hard drive i had with the script and ps3 files died and i am to lazy to bother re creating the script / rip the game.

what did you use to extract the game files.
also 99% of people wont download from pay sites.
Also did you reset the strip when you read 0xFFFF
it should be triangle strip then when you read 0xFFFF you re read triangle index 1 and 2 again then continure the strip as ususal.

only the header is encrypted the rest is just zlib not sure why its slow for you could be you are extracting to the same drive the archive is on.

yeah the bone format is a total mess its a pain trying to figure it out mabee its based on children will have to test some things.

Updated script Now it will load bones and position the model pieces correctly. Note that bone loading is experimental some of the physics bones are wrong but you can still get a mostly good main skeleton if you manually delete those bones. the script will throw an error message on static objects bec...

here is my script from before i should be able to update it to add bones and correct mesh positions soon.
Some models have 2 uv sets i read both but don't apply the second set currently.

model format is a real pain and the models are not that good a quality.

what files are you looking for?
it is the 360 version your running on correct?
its possible to make a bms script for this but there are no names so offzip should do the same thing.

just ignore the errors there is small bits of data that is not zlib that is not game data thats normal just let it run to th eend of the file.
