Someone would need to reverse the compression used in the granny dll then this thread could go further otherwise i dont see much point.

it might be using the renderware compression. I can try the max script i have a little later when i am hom eon it to see what happens. the closest compression in quickbms seems to be COMP_PUYO_LZSS.
So there is a chance its the unsupported in quickbms renderware compression.

The mesh format is the same
The compression is LZHLIB
I can not find the uncompressed size in these files so i can not make a quickbms script.
ma bee luigi can make an implementation of this algo that will not pad 's if you give it a bigger size.

most 360 textures are swizzled to speed up loading noesis un swizzles them.

i tried both versions in the max script i made and they loaded fine i don't think they changed the format. Bones and meshes loaded.

they changed one part of this format the mesh part is identical they changed the bones have not gotten to it yet i skipped the bones in my script and the model imported fine.
