dynasty warriors 7 also had that huge vertex buffer size.
all their games have had it for a while. its some kind of pysics data or cloth simulation or something. I could never get the verts to look correct. Did you get them to look right?

I see a lot of sites make it impossible to directly link to external content and rather link to a redirecting service such as http://anonym.to/en.html this one is a really good one and combined with no non members seeing links I think we would be good.

the textures are not in this dlc the 2nd model loads the textures correct they just are not in the file. the uv maps are fine on the 2nd model. the textures might be located in a completely different area or use existing ones from another file.

red dead redemption files can be opened with noesis someone already reversed it.
the header is encrypted with aes key that i can post if needed and the rest of the file is zlib.
so he has done nothing special.

here is a small script update so if the files are in the wrong path it wont crash it just won't load the external files.

to get those models to load all you have to do is copy them out one directory for instance \cinematics_pod_bespin_cinematic_hangar_bespin\vehicles\podracers\anakin_pod_cine.dfm the reason this fails to load is it cant find the material file so just copy the entire folder \cinematics_pod_bespin_cinem...

Here is a noesis script to load the 3d models and the modified .tga textures. to extract the models you need to run xbdecompress.exe (in the official xbox sdk will not be provided) on the podlzx files. then to extract the podlzx files use this bms script. http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&a...

I am almost done with he 3d model format it is so bad its beyond words how cluttered and unoptimized it is.
