2 things you must rip the game from your own disc also your quickbms version is to old update it.

the first reply in the comments section says what the costumes are.
you can see the offset in the video where he wants you to edit.
being it is Japanese the offset may be different in the us release so you may just have to search for those hex patterns.

it works fine for me make sure you updated your script and reloaded the plugins.
there is probably a lot different i am not really sure tho.

yeah he is editing the xex file to swap the model files.
you could edit the xex like he shows or swap the actual files.

ok script 1.2 is uploaded let me know if anything breaks but ng3 models should load now.

that is how the normal map is. the normal maps are useless anyway in doa games they are just auto generated and contain no detail. i don't even know why they put them in the game.
what model are you loading in ng3.

ill look at the stages I have a feeling the textures are a different structure should not be to hard to fix.

the auto function wont let you put back bigger files.
you can code your own script to repack any file but you have to know what you are doing in quickbms.
he has provided a few examples of how to do it.
