this will create a cab file you can extract from any compressed . x file. then just add the proper 0x10 byte header for a uncompressed .x file and it will load no problem. the header depends on the file format most likely xof 0303txt 0032 or xof 0303bin 0032 or in hex 78 6F 66 20 30 33 30 33 74 78 7...

use command prompt with quickbms.

you lookup the weapon names in the csv an dedit edit the swb2 file.

the weapon names in the characters section they are the same names listed int he csv file you edited. just add the weapons you want them to be able to equip in that slot in the right section its very easy to spot based on the existing weapons in those sections. but this is not a 2d / 3d model questi...

you can just edit the swb2 file of the character to unlock every weapon in the game no need to swap anything around.
