its xadpcm, very crap codec especially if headerless, have to find the right start to decode the file otherwise forget about decoding this.

A little more info about the sounds/music in monolith games, mind you im basing this off fear 2 but both games coneemned and fear 2 uses the same engine anyway. Seems that all .snds banks have a linker and there appropirate filenames can be found in here! http://www.filefront.com/16688871/SoundDB.ga...

A hint alpha for newer monolith games such as fear2/condemned 2 the filenames are stored in another data bank while the rest of the audio is in .snd files, this is basing off of fear 2 on pc so not sure if monolith games on 360 is different, but just to know ahead

I cannot seem to decode this tye of xma2, i tried parsing/decoding with towav/rebuilding, nothing!!! maybe someone can take a look at it. This is from the demo btw.

I think ive seen this before, try some of the setting in genh, seems some type of blocked or interleaved adpcm.
