I was surprised the data of game it is not rooted on the phone, so I give a look at it for see the data is easy to access, but it has no format or clue to what format could it be. texture not be the same as the game as it is. need to process it yourself.

If he does, you could try to look at the characters, weapon and monsters textures, because the old tool that exist for that format of texture, usually unpack them without a...

If you mean by "Characters" as NPC, they mostly are on the data, mostly always all chunk together in one model data. But, if they are about playable characters; it follow the rule of every MH game so far (even World) I've seeing since Freedom Unite: The faces are different models, the hair...

I haven't see the pkg in the most illegal way, so it gives the idea that nobody is interested.

The .as that are in the Character folder? The same file you get the 3d model from :D It contains the textures too. Load it with "SOAExporter" to get the model, with "SOAImgEx" to get the textures. No, still getting same message. They must have updated the url recently for the ne...

The .as that are in the Character folder? Because they are way too small for being a texture, but, I will give a try.

Did they update the game or disable the extractor? because every time I ran it says "Error getting the version file."
And talking of it, but were are the textures of the models? because they're not on the Image file.

Well, they is a way for unpack zzz, if I remember right it is possible unpack it with a tool on that page of ff modding, qimm something.
But, you will only be able to use textures, because they have not find a way to either extract models or edit them.

I've always wonder, but how do you fix Normals on 3D Max? because manuality it is not exactly the right chose when it has hundred of normals...
I ask, because this tool at times import the models all mess up and I cannot use Blender, because it always export on the wrongest way as .FBX
