Yeah, that is what I mostly do too, but, the model at times come out with very screw weight. But, I couldn't import the XNALara format one, only SMD. It sure does mess them up, big time, its a lot of trial and error, how about try export to glTF Model from Noesis, allegedly its better than anything...

When I import in Blender and export it as FBX, the model come out without weight attachment. Try Noesis>FBX>3dsMax. They're a topic about which I forget the url, but, so far, it load on noesis and almost all the model can be exported with bones.

The lighting is in Unity (2018, HDRP). It uses 'baked realtime' bounced lighting, light probes for small objects (like pots and baskets, etc) and I did some adjustment to the skybox levels so it functions (kinda) like a HDRI for good ambient lighting. They do exist but they are grey with lines over the whole body, they usually are in the gear parts of the characters I've checked. They aren't very usable though considering they don't match the actual character's body proportions. WOW, didn't find nothing! What are name it on the raw? even noesis,...

Its funny how they're "fullbody" of some characters, but, they're not texture of those model. Even they've UV and all.
