As stated it's Cryengine 3, so you just need to recompile the PakDecrypter from Cryengine 3 (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9818&start=30 ) but using the key Ekey provided. (and a small code change I guess per Item 2)

Thanks a lot for the importer volfin! I tested several files from one chapter so far and found two unknown format types. The first one being more common obviously. Would you look into this? The models are the right format, but contain multiple objects per file. I wasn't handling that quite right, b...

I'm not here to teach people how to open blender files. geez. It's not a script, it's a blender file. Stop trying to open a *.blend file as a text file.

Open Blender. File->Open, Choose the Blend file. profit. It opens exactly the same as the last one, no different.

As I said before, and will say one last time, it will ONLY work in blender 2.49. It will never work in any newer blender version.
