Ah that explains it then. Yeah it's not that far off, but several key blocks are missing data and have different sizes. Can you tell me more about this model? Which chunk file did it come from, and what was the original directory/filename? It's format is completely different than every other model in the game I've seen. Is it even from Hitman?

yeah photoshop doesn't have the best lighting setup. You'd have to set up materials in some other engine to get better results.

it's files with transparency (decals, eyebrows, etc).

I made a tool to convert those that won't load right. Unzip this somewhere, and drop the problem DDS files on the "go.bat" and it will convert them to PNG.

ok I've verified the new unpacker did change the model format slightly. Because the UV scale/offset is near the end of the file, it's location has changed. I'm surprised nobody noticed this. I'm concerned because at least one model appears corrupted, i'm worred the new unpacker is introducing errors...

I see. So they look fine in blender, but it's the FBX Export when the LOD models are changing. I think I know why, on the LODs, I didn't apply the rotational changes. - Ensure Object mode is active before attempting import
- Validated functionality back to Blender version 2.70 (oldest supported)

Well so many of your problems are because you're sticking with such an old version of blender. there's been so many bug fixes to blender between 2.70 and 2.78 it would literally fill a book. But I have another version here, which will fix a couple of the issues you see with 2.70. I still recommend ...

the original unpacker came with a file named primal_main.xml, but this version doesn't have that file. And seems it outputs no filenames, only hash names?
