Re: Resistance 2 .dat files ¿how do i decrypt them?
They are not encrypted, they're just cooked. Here, let me explain. All those files: animsets, assetlookup, cinematics, cubemaps, effect, etc. Most of them are linked together via hashes. And file called assetlookups.dat like I said is TOC (== Table of contents). That means it have hashed names and offs...

Re: Resistance 2 .dat files ¿how do i decrypt them?
All those dat files are headerless archives without TOC, they are cooked that way. All of them are hash-based. File "assetlookups.dat" is TOC file that contains offset infos for most other .dat files. About naming them, some files have names built-in, some don't. Textures are tricky to get...

Re: Game Engines Filetypes Reverse Engineering
Uh-oh, I don't think storing samples aswell is a great idea, they are copyrighted material. IF your github gets bigger overtime, then having all those sample files from different games can be dangerous. If you have script then why do you have samples? When end user needs, then he will download only ...

Re: IdTech5+ format specifications
You're makin renderer only to render id tech 5 formats? By me that's a huge waste of time. I'll give you an advice. Create your own format that will suit your needs or use common formats, my shot is on FBX or Collada (but they have large filesizes). If you're creatin ID5 model viewer, then there are...

Re: Asphalt Street Storm [.bdae/.tex]
Textures seems to have some Variable Block Compression, my tip was on ASTC but I was unable to sucessfully wrap data.
Textures from Gamel0ft can be real pain sometimes.

Re: [MOBILE] DC Legends .dds ( ATC RGBA Explicit )
I haven't seen (ever) any game that uses explicit alpha, devs are just trolling you. Those images have interpolated alpha. So just rename ATCA to ATCI in header and they should work just fine. However when I converted image in Comressonator into ARGB8 it swapped red and blue channel for me, bug I su...

Re: Destiny 2 PC PKG files
There has been Destiny pkg extractor somewhere, but it won't work on PC versions since it uses different endianess. Destiny pkg uses Oodle whinch THANK HACKER GOD is cracked and implemented in recent quickbms. Poor RADTools tried to take down github with decompressor code, but thankfully unsuccessfu...

Re: .msh format Raiders of the broken planet
Prologue is free on steam, however I don't like their episodic content. 35 bucks for single mission? gtfo.
However,
1.) file is badly extracted I assume, since it's compressed/encrypted.
2.) file is compressed/encrypted inside (after header)
either way I did not had time to research it.

Re: .msh format Raiders of the broken planet
This game is developed by MercuryStream. So it will use their Mercury Engine.
I would try to open them with Castelavania LoS 2 maxscript found Here.
You will also need .sm3 file first to load .msh.

Re: Raw file requires Script.
You did not mentioned game, very confusing topic to begin with. Are they from Assassins Creed Unity (ACU prefix? FR like France?) or Revelations, or some other (I see Altair costume)? Did you tried to search forum? Im sure there are plenty of tools for Creed games. What about textures, did you conve...

Re: MT Framework import tools
for some strange reason they lost texture coordinates and uv´s are all messed up after loading the FBX files in any other 3D application outside 3DS MAX.[ I have tried import model from RE6 with 2 uv channels into Unreal 4 and all works just fine. Thing is that your "other 3D app" cannot ...

bnk files tend to be bink videos or bank containers, with little information you gave us, nobody can help you.
It would be wise to write name of game or post sample, so we can analyze it.
