Okay this is a lot. I give you a gideline to work with. You need easymyp and noesis. For noesis you also need the latest swtor plugin from this topic. Download the attached file and import it to easymyp. Extract the files with easymyp. Open noesis and open the extracted files. GR2 files are models....

Hi, are the texture only missing on armor? The armor textur is loaded diffrent and I don't know how to combine them. When you open a gr2 file with noesis, click on "tools/data viewer" in the upper left corner. Extend the model tree. In meshes you can see the model name In material you can ...

Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
Hi, I can't say anything about 2 and 3. Regarding topic 1: At first, I would copy out only one bodytype, so you have a lot smaler amount of files. Open the index.xml files in the chest folder. This files contains all chest combinations in the game. From here its trail and error. There are a few hint...

Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
Hi, the easiest way to export the model and the skeleton is to open both together and export then. To open all models together, copy them into a seperate folder, then you create a txt file and name it like one of the files. Open the txt and type in all files you want to open. One name per line. I'm ...

Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
I don't know in which assets the files are and I don't need this information. I've extract all assets so I have access to all files. I took a short look into the ord_mantel asset. There are some models but not much. /resources/world/areas/XXX this is the path where all area information are stored. E...

Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
Yes I could say where the files are located, but I have no desire to do this. I used the method I posted a few days ago and found the models within two minutes. (I did this to test myself and my method) The models are number 59 and 60 in the ord mantel area.dat. This is all you get from me. Your beh...

Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
Hi, first. ctrl+h is for replacing, don't use the hotkey only to find something. ctrl+f is for search. Then, if you only have 400 new files out off 4000, then you have found 3600 files on your own or you don't have the latest filelist. When you pick randomly one line you have a high chance to pick o...

Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
ok thanks. I want to extract the structures of the planet ord mantell, houses, fort garnik spaceport etc.. etc.., where are these 3D models and textures? I don't know. Try to locate the area.dat for ord mantell (there up to 160 possible files) and open it with an editor. Then you have all used files.

Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
In short, information.
In long:
The mat files contain all information for the textures.
The texture files are stored an other folder, the filepath is in the mat file.
Normaly you use the latest noesis plugin and noesis add all related texturefiles.
If all files are extracted, all works fine.

Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
All problems solved, so what ever. 3000 new files attached. (a lot of language specific files, so don't blame me, if you don't get 3k) I have trouble to find references for the new maps. I can see the map files (dds), but I can't name them. Any hints where I can find the area number and the minimap ...
