It looks like Ghost Recon: Wildlands is using the same engine too and there is a closed beta version online this weekend.
I was able to open it's files (tried Asssassin's Creed: Unity) but there is a problem with extracting textures.

SE/32bit plugins are updated - file dates 20-12-2016, but 64bit isn't - file date 01-01-2015.

I downloaded demo version of uu3d to see how it works with ingame map files but it crashes every time I try to run it on my PC :( so I can't even load xbg files :(
My bad luck - imo I should reinstall system asap :-)
