It looks like an archive with a lot of "SEQ" files stored inside.
Each SEQ file starts with "CNX" signature, which indicates that maybe some custom audio format has been created for this game.

No, he meant that your BIN file is literally a ZIP archive.

Rename "Data.bin" to "Data.zip" and you'll be able to open it in Winrar.
Although it's password protected, so you need to guess the password before extracting.

They are not encrypted. You can open your sample file in hex editor and you'll see that all texts can be seen.

Those STR files are archives with EA SCHl Audio in them http://wiki.xentax.com/index.php/EA_SCHl_Audio

There are some tools listed on the wiki, you can check them out.
Multiple audio files are stored in one STR files, so you may need some quickbms script to split them by "SCHl" signature.
