You would need to reverse engineer hash function and brute force it or debug it to get the filenames.

Those DAT files are standard BMP files, so if you'll change extension from DAT to BMP you will be able to view them in IrfanView. https://i.imgur.com/dvm4Zrl.png As for SAK file, it is just raw pixel data for some gameboy image. You can view it in texture finder without issues https://i.imgur.com/21...

You can see the content of those files using hex editor like Hex Workshop.
