The key I sent was in decimal, it appears it was put as hexadecimal in that wiki page. Perhaps that's the problem.

I have never seen USM key in decimal before. I've updated the wiki article with the key that works. :) Thank you.

Well, there is also crid_mod, but it doesn't work with your key.
Other keys work fine, so it's either wrong key or newer USM file format.

Tekken 7 (PC) USM videos are encrypted. You need CRID Demux Tool (crid_mod) and a proper XOR key to demux data.

Btw, medianoche.exe is part of the Scaleform VideoEncoder v4.0, which is available to download from the internet.

Yeah, those USM files seems to be encrypted as I was not able to convert them with any tools I have.

Maybe you could try to use Il2CppDumper to find the key
as it was said in this topic viewtopic.php?p=178423#p178423
