I'm afraid that the only thing that could be done is to write custom tool for unpacking and packing in C++, Python etc. This quickbms script you provided is not that hard to rewrite except this ALZ compression routine which may be problematic. Ok, I think I get it now. So it is not really an technical issue, rather work orginizing issue. :D So my advice would be to create separate folders for each category, then sort all clips in those folders and then use some auto renamer tool like this one https://www.advancedrenamer.com/ I don't think...

Maybe it's because you are using some old version of Nifskope.
Both samples extracts just fine with QuickBMS and both NIF files
loads fine in NifSkope 2.0. See the screenshots below:

It seems that there is decoder in vgmstream for this format

You need to download TexConv https://github.com/Microsoft/DirectXTex/wiki/Texconv
and put it in Rawtex's directory.

It seems that MFNT chunk contains r1_unom graphics.
