hmm, on importing kf/nif Noesis says: "unsupported rot key type: 3" I exported as md5anim (from preview) then re-exported that and exported as fbx. That fbx is loadable into Noesis (animated skeleton, without mesh, though). So that binary fbx (33.5 MB) might be loadable into other 3D tools...

It's 28-8 for the head so use 20.

for the moment I want to get the entire model, maybe someone could check the file, maybe I'm just not doing right. Thanks :). I don't see the problem, it's just some work to do. :D If you don't want to get the whole format specs you'll need some rules (created by yourself) at least or a magic table...

So for those would I need to find a program that opens .nifs of that high of a version number? Seems Noesis can handle it ( fmt_gamebryo_nif.py from Rich, or maybe patched version by some guy). Thanks! yeah, pretty simple, for 14G_MB_SkeletoneKey_JRT_01.nif Export is grayed out because nif version is 20.6.0.0. This is hardcoded in the exe (grayout when getVersionNumber() >= 0x14050000). If you change that in source and export the resulting obj file is empty. So the question is how comes th...

Usually you would use one of the mesh-to-obj extractor tools here in the forum but for the Rayman L. ckd some scripting is required for getting correct faces:
