I was too lazy to update the Make_obj project so simply created some H2O files using the Make_H2O project (obsolete)
(well, it doesn't care for the sub mesh offsets):

Guess, you need to write it. :D Noesis (or blender) python. Or, with basic C-knowledge you could try out this (click up arrow):

Dunno what you mean exactly, uvs start 20 bytes after vertices for this .model format:

Hey Shakotay2, may i get the texture of Jetray from Vilgax Attacks? Well, if you check my posts you'll see that I'm not the "texture man". :D I have no idea. There's a issue with that model though, Isn't the triangles gonna soon be fixed? use 268d2e as starting point for the faces indices...
