Re: RESET Model Extraction Help
It might help if you uploaded another .bin sample, sized > 270 kB, but smaller than 1 MB, if possible.

Re: RESET Model Extraction Help
Also, please at least read lol the "important" section since I stuffed some info on there that I think would help with going through the format you or anyway have prior knowledge. Well, really, no. Why show a "format as text description" , not as a picture? As an exa...

Re: RESET Model Extraction Help
Big "wall of text", so I didn't read anything (except the link to the samples
, sry ) and don't know how far you got.
Just a test, not sure, whether it's correct (maybe face culling required or different FVFsize, dunno):

Re: 葛城ミサト報道計画(Kasturagi Misato)
I don't really understand anything thatsince I'm new to this stuff. There's not too much to understand, 4 (sample) files are required to show how it works: "A full model consists of 4 files: head, hair and body plus the file with the textures" The script works even with newer versions of ...

Hello, your begging comes 4, no, 6 years too late.Honeydew83 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 13, 2021 8:36 am If anyone has any new information on this model, or the model itself, ready for blender or sfm. Please. I am begging you.
Nothing will happen.
Read here (click up arrow):
provide a model sample (4 files) and something might happen (maybe).

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
Don't think this will work due to the cars unfortunately being sized wrong. Example: https://mega.nz/file/NpxUnQyb#TFo07uqbF6speS7NA-X9pVHdj5EDNDWsR0e_gw0vpEA "sized wrong"? (used scaling for blender import was 4.0/256.0, iirc. Or 0.5?) Did you try to move LS0_hood_a_LODS0_hoodBadge_a_LOD...

Re: Forza Horizon 5 ( .modelbin and other bunch of stuff )
I didn't expect the positioning of parts of Forza models popping into focus again, so here some links, just in case: positioning (tested with Forza Motorsport only!) The python script mentioned is a two-lines-script at the bottom of the picture in my post as of Fri Mar 31, 2017 9:59 pm Keep in mind ...

Re: Forza Horizon 5 ( .modelbin and other bunch of stuff )
Depends on the model - if it has one .modelbin only then the tool creates one mesh only. Correct. If there's several .modelbin lines in the modelbins.txt then several sub meshes are being created in the resulting .obj file. I assume you missed to check "split by group" when importing to bl...

Re: Forza Horizon 5 ( .modelbin and other bunch of stuff )
so i have tried ur tool and runned the dir_modelbin.cmd 8) and used makeh2o_forzahor3-j2 and the other exes but it always closes??? I have no idea what happened on your system. You should edit modelbins.txt before loading into an exe. Such as: delete all lines except exteriors. Such as: delete all ...

Re: Rule of Rose (PS2) i3d File Format
In command line you need to change the directory to folder with python.exe, .py file and mdl sample, then type python mdl2obj.py dia.mdl should create dia_out. obj and .mtl file. If you type python and press enter "Python 3.x" should be displayed (x >= 0). btw: I used blender for displayin...

Re: Forza Horizon 5 ( .modelbin and other bunch of stuff )
I have no 3dsimed3 and Zmodeler3 so i dont know if it works with those I don't have, too. Works with a 3.5 year old tool of mine ("exterior" chosen, 52 parts): . Por718.png Some parts need manual re-positioning, there should be concerning posts on xentax. (Don't have access to zippyshare ...
