I tried convert the model with Hex2Obj, but I can't understand how this tool works. You can't use hex2obj on an encoded/encrypted/whatever file! There are ten thousands of "XNS" (for example) in the export.3dm Search for model data in your browsers cache. That's how I would do it. Please ...

the arrow hinting to the face indices is marking the border of the upper body submesh.
The submesh name is submesh_0.

you may check what's wrong with the uvs:

hmm, 0x3E8: 21 05 00 00 -> 1313 (dec.)

(0x3FC: 8C 3D 00 00= 15756 (dec.) = 12x1313, size of vertex data block,

it's some sort of encryption? it's zlib compression. I think, offzip just searches for 0x78 0x9C to find the start of compressed data in a file. choosing a divider that causes the results to be in the range of {0.0..1.0} should work for most cases
(sure vtx, vty are bytes?)
