yep
is this xbm file?
looks like. Dunno why you posted the hex data since it should be clear from the file extension which is *.xbm for TheWitcher2 textures and for the ones from W3 in the blob.bundle, too.

Re: The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt (*.cache*.bundle)

shakotay2: how did you convert w3 texture (wbx?) to dds? just loading a DXT1 without a header (it was an xbm texture file). is w2 redkit working with w3 files? AFAICS it does not with the files I tested (w2mesh, w2cutscene, w2scene). ("Warning Version 162 is not supported.") (When faking ...

Re: The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt (*.cache*.bundle)

Anyone found the location of localization files. I'd like to get started on that. speaking of which? *.w2strings or *.sqlite not contained in blob.bundle. cutscenes not to be loaded into W2 cutscenes editor: Version 162 is not supported. Highest supported version is 115. Failed to load '..\cs001_li...

Please take a loot at the archives ! I surely will NOT. Neither "loot" nor look. The loader (*.exe, downloader Morstar?) from that page is (or contains or loads) a PUP Witch3.7z.exe-virus.JPG edit: This software is not a virus or a Trojan. It is detected as a "potentially unwanted pr...

Re: Elite Dangerous

yeah, seems I finally got the correct uvs. They were simply too small sized (divided by 10000?): Eagle_SM4_and_vulture.JPG Can't wait to create a Make_H2O project but it's on low priority. btw: would be nice to have a texture - at least for the vulture. (Hope it will look cooler than Han Solo's Mill...

if only the mesh is required hex2obj will help:
rof1_head.JPG
(head mesh is contained twice with the same vertex amount for whatever reason)

It would require to add a suiting header. As you can see the Save button is not functional so far ("Sxxx").

Re: Ride (by Milestone) .BIN format

finally - (well, not really but I think that's all what I want to do): -------------- To get hex2obj working you'll need 1) the zipped version 0.22 and 2) hex2obj_0.23 g .exe from Xentax: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=10894 Extract the first zip to a folder of your choice. Then co...

Re: The Simpsons Game .HSKN

is it same developer? i did zombie army trilogy and hksn had only skeleton data in it. yeah, Lisa and Bart had only weird data in them, maybe skeleton data. So I chose a simple mesh to extract. (not to be killed by TheTrueLifewaster . btw: what a nice nick this would be, wouldn't it?. :D ) (In case...

Re: The Mission 1937: SPR1 files

Any suggestions about how to decompress the files? a (brute force) comtype scan would come into my mind: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=12632&p=104305&hilit=comtype_scan#p104305 But you should try it out with a known RLE compressed BMP for example to see whether it makes s...

can you please take a look at this file and tell me if you can open it from a first glance it seems to be compressed. (Maybe try offzip on it.) there and please tell me if this would be a good first model for me to try to open there are dozens of simpler model examples hex2obj was used on. Maybe tr...

V16U16 is looking better (less blured, lightgray pen on blue paper)
but best choice seems to be G16R16 (or X8B8G8R8).
