Re: Need help Fixing MAXScript Colin Mcrae Rally 04/05 .P3D
Hello everyone! After a long search I found tools for converting models from CMR04/05 and they work, but I got errors with every model. Basically, they all have damaged normal data and some of the faces are facing wrong direction. First of all: whose script is it? Can't tell about normals since you d...

Re: script 3ds max saint seiya soul of soldiers
Hi, first of all: why not tell whose script is it? From here: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=13363&start=15 2ndly: use code tags ...whatever code... to present code 3rdly: very unlikely that someone will take over this tasks 'cause there are working python scripts already 4thly...

Here I am again - the rider of dead horses. I really don't know why I didn't use half floats that time, as suggested by finale00.
but you didn't ever do - did you?Bogus wrote:this format is difficult but I'll try to write an importer

Re: Ripping Silent Hill levels [PC]
Finally I got it ripped using NinjaRipper - great. (Seems the walls I was missing are a bunch of small meshes.) SH3.JPG Textures look a little bit spoiled so I used the untextured view. Next thing will be to get the SH2 (PC) levels - seems there's no demo, maybe I can grab the game from a flea marke...

It is possible to 3D grab from epsxe , but there is no stereoscopic plugin to give the ripped model any depth , so you just end up with a mass of 2D polys,[...] thanks for clearifying. Well, that's not nice. Sadly I don't have the time/interest to explore it "in depth" but I'll check it u...

Re: [PSP] Conception Model File Help! (.psp.org/.giz)
trying to read the bonenames reveals a strange format: varying blocklength (70, 74, 110 bytes) + 1 + name length: bones_psp_orb.JPG (thus the bone ids start from 0 again for each new starting point) some progress: 1 *base* 0 2 *base Pelvis* 1 3 *base Spine* 2 4 *base Spine1* 3 5 *base Neck* 4 6 *bas...

Re: PSX Silent Hill Model Format Help
this guy has been working on a tool to visualize the 3D models from Silent Hill: http://silenthillcommunity.com/viewtopic.php?f=3335&t=436504 Maybe, it's a way to get models. that guy is putting of people since about 1 and a half year now. So simply forget about him. :D But the other guy, Girom...
