"countless"? Really? I can't believe it since this is a very simple mesh format (except for the uvs). Once you've found the "scrambled alphabet" (face indices) there's no great hurdle any more to get the first submesh. (May be a little bit more difficult in case it's the first 3D...

From Noesis you can export (File/Export) to .obj or .dae for example.

(You may need to check the uvs of mesh1, mesh0 uvs look good.)

fmt_LostSagaOnline.py is a script for Noesis, not for blender! Place it into Noesis' subfolder plugins\python.

If someone thinks they could figure it out, please give it a shot Seems you know about coordinates, rotation and so on, so what is your specific question ? Just a wild guess, I don't have/mod this game so Area01 contains a list of 119 objects. They have reference guids which refer to the Blueprints...
