Problem solved. with codeman's help I finally figured out how I should extract the UVs.

After I extracted the UVs, I checked them and they looked streched and deformed specially in top and left corners???? Below is the UV of leon's face that I've extracted from uPl00HeadLeonUsa.arc. I don't know why the tool couldn't extract the textures for me!!!! The thread you mentioned, is about extracting ARC files not models.
