Alright i'm able to get the models now, but i'm still hoping for some kind of importer. The messes don't import at the proper places so those need manual adjusting and the meshes are ShortAll with HF UVs so manually fixing about 30+ objs is very time consuming. I found 3 different vertex block types...

I was wondering if someone could make a noesis plugin or maxscript for the Wipeout HD models. The models are in *.rcsmodel files. I wonder how Gh0stBlade fixed that with his irb importer.

It seems that the UVs are Half Float but the Mesh is Short All. Any way to do this with hex2obj?

I can get most fine with Hex2Obj, but I am running into the same errors when I used it to get the models from the other games in the beginning (Stretched meshes on some models, and stretched UVs). That's actually part of his head fin thing. Just take those vertices that are at the bottom for whatever reason, and move them up
