I'm trying to get DLC characters to work on the pc version and all I have done so far are the characters animations and models to work on the pc but my only problem is the bac/bcm files to get it work on the pc version, can someone help me?

What is done: text extractor, texture->DDS converter. The game use a lot .segs file. Because I didn't find a lot texts, I'm working on, to I can unpack them.
