Viewer/exporter for dds files using BC5U

Hi all, could anyone suggest a suitable viewer/exporter for normal maps in dds format using BC5U? I've tried Photoshop, NVIDIA tools and even Noesis (unless there was an update these past few weeks) nothing could open the image properly.

Excellent update! Being able to work with the game models in max is always such a treat. Unfortunately the latest EVO imports the model's skeleton set orientation at 90 degrees to the right, hope a fix will be available soon.

Hi Here is blend file for import models from gmd files (Yakuza 5). It requires to install Blender version 249b (32 bit) and Python 2.6.6.(32 bit). They might also be under the 1 folder in master, but they are definitely in the mgo folder in the texture0.dat file. Maybe I'm doing something wrong because nearly all the textures I extracted from the m...

There's probably a head model buried deep in the files fully textured and probably rigged.

That's what I'm using for my own skeleton. However, the mesh is already transformed, so the skeleton by itself doesn't help to fix the eyelids. What we need is a frame of animation. Also, I'm not entirely sure if skeletal animation would help to transform them info place. There are only two bones c...
