From what I got is that the first 132 bytes contains the header, the rest is compressed and holds all the other data. Since the compressed binary array is decompressed using binaryArray.uncompress(), a method used in ActionScript, I need to find a similar way to decompress that compressed array, up ...

Yeah, that mesh import with multiple submeshes, like Misses Incredible, is a pain,
on the other hand I found that the .tbody files can easily renamed to .dds and you have the texture

No, it is not on the planning to do, but I'm holding no-one back to implement it :) The reason I made this, is that I didn't want to import each model into max to look at it, and I wanted it to be browsable like you browse images, so you can see what the model is. No research (that I know of) has been done in that direction, probably difficult too, since the scenes in Diablo are randomized. Alright, finally decided to check into this.. happy to actually find something usefull here :) I ran the extract command ( offzip.exe -1 a "data.000" "d:\extracted" 0) got a huge file with a dat extension run the Jaeder Naub tool but... how did you get that Nova model ? -> never ...
