Hey Amran, there is not an actual implementation for apply the textures to the models, it is all guessing and stuff, so it is not your setup, just some models work,others don't

No, the m2 files are the same, I can easily import the new npc orcs like Thrall and Blackhand using the existing m2 import scripts

He means that the values you got are absolute pixel coordinates, meaning that you need to convert them to uv coordinates
ex. If the texture is 256 wide, and you pixel coordinate is 160 then the uv coordinate is 160/256 = 0,625

Yeah, I got the official beta download, just not the invite to play it, yet.
But with the new format, I don't see any of the new models available, except on WoWHead, I'm wandering how they got these models in their modelviewer...
