There is no "private circle share" and there are also no tools. I am the one that posted Yuna and they are dumps from the ram, the files themselves are encrypted.

The characters that are missing are not DLC though, that's the thing. I've searched for characters and bosses that are only in the main game and found two, nothing else.

I don't think the bms script exports the files properly, or misses some entirely. I hunted through the files multiple times for the characters but I can only find a few, we probably have to wait for proper support. I could never find Okatsu.

I've been trying to get it to work for the past few days but didn't manage to, nice to see that you have.
Is there any chance you can explain how you did it? Just want to learn for the future so I don't have to rely on others.

Yeah that result is what I got with mine, the root and neck bones seem to be accurate in positioning, the X axis on the other bones seem accurate but everything else for those doesn't, which makes me confused. Looks like the face positions are stored in the .dme file actually, but doesn't work for b...

Yeah my issue is the bone reading, I knew there were 12 floats per bone but I don't know which would be the rotation, position etc. I've tried various options aswell as just reading the matrix with Mat43 but it still results in the same thing I have right now.

The problem isn't ripping the models out of the files, it's getting the files. There is no public exploit for the firmware that Detroit needs and without that you can't decrypt the pkgs, it's the same situation for the demo.
